Project Planning & Management

While some of our clients are well versed in the details of project planning and management, many entrust these matters to us. We harness our decades of experience to properly and thoroughly research and plan each project we undertake, regardless of size or scope. And once we have determined the most effective “attack plan” for a project, we carefully mange each phase of the project through completion – be it a simple machine relocation, or a turnkey plant installation.

Machinery Moving & Rigging

Our skilled crews have rigged and moved nearly everything from vintage aircraft, to stuffed elephants to presses weighing in excess of 1,000,000 lbs. We provide our crews with the most advanced tools of the trade, enabling them to put their many years of experience to work efficiently for our clients.

Millwrighting

Our industrial and construction millwrights adjust, repair, dismantle, reassemble, set, level, install and commission new and used machinery of all types. Using the most advanced equipment available, they have performed precision floor layout and complete plant installations, working with all types of power systems and heavy equipment including high-speed web presses, metal stamping presses, etc.

Fabrication & Welding

Our talented staff of certified welders and fabricators can design and perform a wide variety of custom fabricating for any need.

Laser Alignment & Calibration Services

At Able, the measurement systems we use are extremely accurate and incredibly fast. Problem diagnosis is simplified and accurate measurements and alignment can be attained in a fraction of the time it takes using older alignment methods. Our laser technicians are factory-trained by today’s global laser technology leaders. Each technician has received extensive classroom and on-the-job training, enabling him to provide the best service available. Amount the precision services offered are geometrical, spindle, coupling and extruding laser alignments, plus linear calibrations.

Custom Crating

Our team is very experienced in drafting and building durable custom crating for any size piece of equipment and any type of transport. We can also “bag” equipment to ensure maximum protection from dust and elements.
